The Project

A selection of proposal and presentation materials created to support competitive bids and client communications. During my time with Henegan Construction Company, I developed the PowerPoint presentation template used in client pursuits and construction management proposals for projects ranging from $10 million to over $75 million.

Also included is a construction management proposal produced for Henegan and a complete proposal created for Eddie Batiz + Associates, where I wrote and designed the full submission for a City of New York employment services contract. These pieces demonstrate my ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive documents that help organizations compete for major contracts.
